Connect Slack, Gmail, Outlook (and more)

With Advaizr, connect your AI assistant to the tools your team already uses — Slack, Gmail, Outlook, and many more. Here’s how to set them up, including the credentials you'll need.

📩 Slack​

What You Need​

  • Client ID and Client Secret from your Slack app (available in "OAuth & Permissions")
  • Redirect URL (must be set in the Slack app)
  • Required scopes (e.g. commands, chat:write, files:read)

Steps​

  1. In Slack API, create an app, name it, and select your workspace
  2. In OAuth & Permissions, add your scopes and set the redirect URL
  3. Click Install to workspace to retrieve the Bot User OAuth Token
  4. Paste the Client ID, Secret, Token, and Redirect URL in Advaizr → Integrations → Slack

📧 Gmail​

What You Need​

  • Client ID and Secret from the Google API Console
  • Consent screen configured with app name, support email, and Gmail scopes
  • HTTPS Redirect URL

Steps​

  1. Go to API & Services → Credentials → Create OAuth client ID (type Web App), and configure the Consent Screen
  2. Save your Client ID + Secret
  3. Set Gmail scopes (e.g. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly)
  4. In Advaizr → Integrations → Email → Gmail, paste the credentials and Redirect URL
  5. Start the connection and authorize access via OAuth

📨 Outlook (Microsoft 365)​

What You Need​

  • Client ID and Secret from Azure AD (App Registrations)
  • HTTPS Redirect URL
  • Scopes such as Mail.Read, Mail.Send, offline_access

Steps​

  1. In Azure AD, create a new app (App registrations)
  2. Enable Microsoft Graph APIs: Mail.Read, Mail.Send, etc.
  3. Add the redirect URL in the Authentication section
  4. Save the generated Client ID + Secret
  5. In Advaizr → Email → Outlook, enter the credentials and start authentication

🎯 Quick Start​

  1. Get your Client ID, Client Secret, redirect URL, and scopes for each platform
  2. Paste them into Advaizr under the Integrations section
  3. Launch the OAuth authorization and connect your account
  4. Notifications, search, and AI become instantly available in Slack, Gmail, Outlook…
